Emirates News Agency – The decline dominates European shares in early trading

ABU DHABI, July 26 / WAM / The decline in the performance of the European stock markets dominated at the beginning of today’s trading, with the British “FTSE” index recording the only rise.

The European “Stoxx 600” index fell by 0.05%, equivalent to 0.24 points, to reach the level of 426.01 points, and the “Euro Stoxx 50” index fell by 0.21%, equivalent to 7.49 points, to reach 3596.17 points, according to European markets data.

The French “CAC 40” index fell by 13.72 points, or 0.22%, to reach 6,223.83 points, while the German “Dax” index fell by 0.38%, equivalent to 49.36 points, to reach the level of 13160.96 points.

On the other hand, the British “FTSE 100” index rose 0.5%, equivalent to 37.32 points, to reach the level of 7,343.62 points.
