The inaugural BOLD (Building Opportunities for Leadership Development) Women’s Summit will take place on Thursday, November 18, 2025, at James River Church, located at 1850 S. Maiden Lane in Joplin.

This all-day summit is meticulously designed to provide women with practical strategies for both personal and professional growth, offering a dynamic mix of keynote speeches, networking sessions, and focused breakout sessions. The event is expected to draw participants from Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The event will commence with networking and breakfast at 7:30 am, followed by keynote addresses and breakout sessions throughout the day. A group lunch will provide further opportunities for networking and collaboration. The summit will conclude at 4:30 pm,with an invitation to continue the conversation at the Chamber’s business After Hours,hosted at the Roxy Event Center.

BOLD Experience Passes are available for $100 and can be purchased online. Sponsorship opportunities are also available, allowing individuals or organizations to support women’s attendance at the summit.Both Chamber members and nonmembers are encouraged to participate.
