Brentford scored early, specifically in the sixth minute, through Jamaican Etan Pinnock, and Fulham responded six minutes before the end of the first half through the Israeli Manor Solomon.
Brentford got a penalty kick at the beginning of the second half, and its top scorer, Evan Toni, successfully scored it, giving his team the lead (53).

The Danish Matthias Jensen dealt the fatal blow to Fulham by scoring the third goal in the 85th minute, before Brazilian substitute Carlos Vinicius scored the second goal for the guests in the ninth minute of stoppage time.
Brentford regained its winning streak following two consecutive draws, achieved its ninth victory this season, and rose to ninth place by goal difference behind Brighton, and one point behind Fulham VII, who suffered its ninth loss this season and the first in its last five matches.
