TU Graz Invests in Styria‘s Future with New Scholarships for 13 Students

Graz, Austria – November 28, 2025 – TU Graz is bolstering Styria’s position as a hub for education and innovation by awarding scholarships to 13 remarkable students from eight countries. In a competitive, multi-stage selection process, the students demonstrated outstanding academic potential, securing funding of either €4,000 per year for Bachelor’s students or €8,000 per year for Master’s students.The scholarships,presented at a ceremony on the Alte Technik campus on Wednesday,are designed to support students for a maximum of two years,contingent on continued academic performance.

“Our scholarships are an critically important instrument for attracting the greatest talents from home and abroad to study at TU Graz and afterward strengthening Styria as a science and business location,” stated TU Graz Rector Horst Bischof. He further emphasized the value of the sponsors’ commitment,noting that their financial support and provision of valuable industry insights represent a “good investment.”
