Special training for taxi drivers in Dubai to improve service. Dubai Road Transport Authority has given special training to four thousand drivers.
RTA has given special training to 4000 taxi drivers with an aim to make the services of taxi drivers of international standards. Abdulrahman Obaid Albah, Director of Drivers Happiness, said that drivers will be empowered to ensure the best travel experience for taxi passengers in Dubai.
134 courses like driving safety and customer service are available to drivers. The new training program also teaches drivers to improve their communication skills and assist passengers with disabilities in emergencies.
