Mobico Group plc announced the appointment of Enrique Dupuy de Lome Chávarri to the Board of Directors as an independent non-executive director effective November 1, 2023. Enrique will become a member of the Audit Committee upon his appointment, with the intention to take over as Chairman of the Audit Committee when Mike McKeon leaves the Board at the 2024 Annual General Meeting, having served for almost nine years. Enrique is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of Wizz Air Holdings PLC, the UK listed airline group.
Previously, he was CFO of International Consolidated Airlines Group SA (IAG) and Spanish airline Iberia. He has also held several non-executive positions at Amadeus IT Group, SA, British Airways plc and Iberia Lineas Aereas de España, SA
