The place where the participants of the new summit format European Political Community (EPG) meet for the second time on Thursday is a size smaller than the Prague Castle premiere location, but hardly less magnificent. The historic Mimi Castle in Moldova’s Bulboaca, a mansion from the late 19th century, is the setting for the rendezvous of heads of state and government from 47 European countries – only Russia, Belarus and the Vatican State were missing – as well as representatives of the EU institutions.
