Zurich (awp) – The real estate company Epic Suisse recorded key figures on the rise over the first nine months of 2023, particularly in terms of rental income. The latter thus increased by 7.5% over one year to 50.4 million.
The net asset value stood at the end of September at 809 million Swiss francs, a slight decline of 1.1% compared to the end of December 2022, the company detailed on Thursday in a press release.
Among other key figures, the fair value of the real estate portfolio increased by 5.5% compared to the end of last year to 1.53 billion. Of this amount, 1.45 billion are to be allocated to rental real estate and 84 million to buildings under construction or development.
Epic Suisse specializes in commercial real estate, mainly located in the Lake Geneva region and the Zurich region.
