Erica Meiland is bothered by the way in which the authoritative BN’er site is known about the real estate of her and her family. “Such mortgage figures are never correct.”
After years full of attempts, Maxime Meiland and her husband Leroy Molkenboer have sold their house again, and now it has started big: buyers will get the financing around this time or do they still go out the year with an unsaleable house? It was a very emotional process, says mother Erica Meiland in the Weekend.
Completely murw
Maxime was really fed up, Erica knows. “At the third time the buyers did not get it, Maxime was completely Murw and Leroy sad and angry. We don’t understand that you can have so much bad luck when selling a wonderful house. But now they are happy and relaxed. I notice that there is a burden of their shoulders.”
The house has been sold under the asking price and according to sources such as Aran Bade and well-known neighbors, the authoritative BN’er-Huisensite that is cited by De Telegraaf almost daily, Maxime goes into the ship for around 250 thousand euros. That number is partly based on the mortgage that is located on her home.
Mortgage
How do Maxime and Leroy deal with that loss? Erica about that: “Such mortgage figures are never correct, because with the transition to another house you often have a bridge and that amount is always mentioned with websites, such as well -known neighbors.”
She continues: “Maxime can handle money well and they have now built up a considerable surplus value. Losing money on a house is never fun, but if you have enough equity, it will not cause any major problems.”
