ESU: RAPUICO conditions its participation to the work of the joint committee –

The Network of Associations of Professors of Universities and Higher Institutes of Congo (RAPUICO) has, in a press release, a copy of which was sent to capsud.net, denounced the haste in organizing the work of the joint committee of the ESU, scheduled for this Monday in Bibwa.

This structure believes that the organization of this activity should be harmoniously organized following the preparatory work.

RAPUICO reveals that to date, none of the potential participants, including its members from the interior of the country, have received a travel document or a formal invitation from the ministry.

He fears, therefore, that this lack of preparation will jeopardize the ability of all stakeholders to participate effectively and contribute constructively. He therefore believes that such haste is likely to compromise the quality of the discussions and the representativeness of the exchanges, and that it is crucial that the logistical and organizational steps be complete and transparent to ensure the success of this meeting.

Therefore, RAPUICO conditions its participation on the insurance of its internal members, representing the associations of university professors and higher institutes of the different provinces of the country, whose names were already previously retained, or even communicated to the supervising ministry.

Finally, this network of teachers called on all unions to remain mobilized and to prioritize the inclusiveness adopted during the preparatory work of the joint committee.
