Belgian construction materials producer Etex acquires the plasterboard and fiber cement activities of Australian company BGC. Etex announced it on Thursday.
With this acquisition, Etex strengthens its presence in Australia. The transaction includes BGC’s plasterboard plant in Perth, Western Australia.
The acquired company represents a turnover of 93 million euros and 200 new employees.
