Europe leads 9.5 to 2.5 once morest the United States during the 44th edition of the Ryder Cup, a biennial golf event, following the third session played Saturday morning on the Marco Simone Golf course, near Rome.

During the first session of the day, the Norwegian Viktor Hovland and the Swede Ludvig Aberg signed the biggest victory in the history of the Ryder Cup, once morest the Americans Scottie Scheffler and Brooks Koepka, confirming the control of Europe.

Hovland, 26, and Aberg, 23, won 9 & 7, meaning they led by nine holes or points with seven holes remaining. Their game therefore stopped following hole N.11.
