* CASINO CASP.PA, heavily indebted, announced on Friday the opening of official negotiations with its creditors in order to resolve its financial difficulties, even though the distributor is the subject of several merger projects. Casino and Groupement Les Mousquetaires have also signed a protocol to extend the scope of their partnerships.

* COFACE COFA.PA published Thursday a growth of 11.4% of its quarterly turnover at constant scope and exchange rates and a net profit up 17%.
* ATOS ATOS.PA announced on Friday that a US court has ruled in its favor in the ongoing litigation between Syntel, owned by Atos, and Trizetto.
* PROSIEBENSAT.1 PSMGn.DE reported a 52.3% drop in first-quarter operating profit on Friday, citing a difficult macroeconomic environment and headwinds in the market. The German media group, however, confirmed its outlook for the full year.
* VOLKSWAGEN VOWG_p.DE and its subsidiary Audi have signed an $85 million tentative settlement with Texas authorities over dieselgate, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said Thursday.
