* CASINO CASP.PA, heavily indebted, announced on Friday the opening of official negotiations with its creditors in order to resolve its financial difficulties, even though the distributor is the subject of several merger projects. * PROSIEBENSAT.1 PSMGn.DE reported a 52.3% drop in first-quarter operating profit on Friday, citing a difficult macroeconomic environment and headwinds in the market. The German media group, however, confirmed its outlook for the full year.

* VOLKSWAGEN VOWG_p.DE and its subsidiary Audi have signed an $85 million tentative settlement with Texas authorities over dieselgate, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said Thursday.
