* AIRBUS – The Hong Kong group BOC Aviation said on Friday that it had reached an agreement to purchase six planes from Airbus.
* ENGIE – Engie’s Brazilian subsidiary announced Thursday that it had reached an agreement to sell a 15% stake in gas pipeline company TAG to Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec for 3.1 billion reais (577 million euros).
* VOLTALIA announced Thursday that it had sold 33 megawatts of wind power in France.
* CARMAT announced Thursday that it had improved the software of its artificial hearts, in order to strengthen their security.
