2024-01-10 15:31:00

The European ski mountaineering championships in Flaine-Chamonix continue. This Wednesday, it was time for sprints.

And following the shower of French medals during the individual event, the French clan was smiling once more.

Among the men, Robin Galindo from Isère took a very good bronze medal since he was beaten only by the Spaniard Orio Cardona Coll, crowned in front of the Swiss Arno Lietha.

Among the women, it was a Swiss who won: Marianne Faiton, ahead of the Spaniard Ana Alonso Rodriguez and the Slovak Marianna Jagercikova. The Tricolor Célia Perillat-Pessey finished at the foot of the podium. Another Haut-Savoyarde, Margot Ravinel (3’27”3) is the second Frenchwoman present in the top 10.
