European Stocks Daily Update: Renault facing Criminal Complaint, Alstom Signs $667M Contract, Dechra Pharmaceuticals Acquired for €5.19B

PARIS, June 2 (Archyde.com) – The stocks to follow on Friday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe:

* RENAULT RENA.PA – Dozens of French owners of Renault, Dacia and Nissan will jointly file a criminal complaint on Monday once morest car manufacturers for defective engines fitted to their vehicles, reports the newspaper Le Parisien in its Friday edition.

* ALSTOM ALSO.PA announced the signature of a contract in the United States for the delivery of 130 electric trams for a value of more than 667 million euros.

* DECHRA PHARMACEUTICALS DPH.L announced its acquisition by the Swedish private equity group EQT for 4.46 billion pounds (5.19 billion euros), which will be followed by a delisting on the Stock Exchange of London.
