Lahore: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that even friendly countries see Pakistan as a country that always asks for money. He was referring to the economic crisis in Pakistan due to the floods. He was speaking at the Lawyers Convention.
Today they say regarding Pakistan that if you go to any friendly country or make a phone call, they come to beg for money. Where does Pakistan stand following 75 years? He added that even small countries have surpassed Pakistan.
He also said that Imran Khan’s government is responsible for the high inflation rate in Pakistan. He also accused the Imran Khan government of violating the agreement with the IMF. When they came to power, Pakistan was on the brink of financial crisis. He added that the tough measures taken by the coalition government saved Pakistan from economic depression.
