Sharjah police say some drivers are repeating the offense despite police warnings of accidents caused by speeding. According to the latest figures for 2021, Sharjah has 7,65,560 speed limit cases on the radar. Many were traveling at speeds of more than 180 kilometers per hour. The highest speed was recorded on Sharjah Khor Fakkan Road. Police said a vehicle was traveling here at a speed of 279 kilometers per hour.
