Dubai: Apartments in the world’s tallest building, Dubai Burj Khalifa, were sold in 2023 for Rs 3,629 crore (Dh 160 crore).
The report was released by Global Property Consultants on the occasion of Burj Khalifa’s 14th anniversary. Burj Khalifa saw a 22 percent increase in apartment sales last year. A total of 117 sales were made. Burj Khalifa accounted for 7% of the Dh1,460 crore of sales in Downtown Dubai last year. The unit on the 105th floor of Burj Khalifa sold for the highest amount. The sale was for one crore dirhams.
