Al-Marsad newspaper: Journalist Mohammed Al-Dreem conducted an interview with businessman Abdul Majeed Al-Jariwi, who bought the raw land of the “Al Sayyar” estate, with an area of 13 million square meters in the city of Riyadh.
Al-Jariwi said, in a video clip published by “Al-Dream” through his account on the “X” platform: “I bought Al-Sayyar land from a businessman for 3.5 billion, and its market value is 7 billion.”
For his part, Al-Dream explained that the first part of the Sayyar land is being auctioned at the Four Seasons Hotel, noting that the value of the Sayyar land a year following its purchase reached 7 billion.
He continued that Al-Jariwi will profit from the Al-Sayyar land 3 billion and five hundred million following purchasing it only a year.
