Holcim announces that it has closed three targeted acquisitions in Europe, expanding its portfolio of solutions and products for green growth and contributing to its objective of increasing the Solutions & Products division to at least 30% of turnover by 2025.
The Swiss construction materials group thus indicates that it has taken a majority stake in Artepref, presented as a growing leader in the field of innovative precast concrete solutions in Spain.
Holcim also acquired WATT Recycling, a waste management company that produces alternative fuels in Greece, as well as Eco-Readymix, which takes it into the advanced mortar solutions market in the UK.
