The Ministry of Health has warned of some symptoms and injuries resulting from exposure to high temperatures.

The ministry indicated that these injuries and symptoms include heat exhaustion, heat stroke, heat rash, sunburn and heat cramps.

The Director General of Weather and Climate Forecasts at the National Center of Meteorology, Hamza Kumi, had noted in statements to “News 24” that the regions of Riyadh, the Eastern Province, Medina and Makkah Al-Mukarramah are likely to witness temperatures higher than 50 degrees Celsius during the summer.
