They (the members of the municipal college, editor’s note) claim that they will try to do everything to avoid losing as much money as possible in the Cristal Park case. And now they are paying lawyers at taxpayers’ expense. 240,000 euros is obviously enormous, whereas there are people in our town who don’t even have 1,000 and who can’t make ends meet! It’s completely indecent!
In this case, the college keeps telling us we are going to try to limit and prevent pots from breaking once more and extending hundreds or even millions of euros and everything they find to do is to pay lawyers for such sums!”
Councilor PTB also asks the City of Seraing to be more transparent and to say publicly who will lose what and who will get their marbles back in the Cristal Park affair.
