The Mayor of Thiès Dr Babacar Diop informs his compatriots that “his party FDS-Les Guelwaars has signed the charter of the Forces Vives platform called F24”.
The councilor of the city of rail believes that “this charter was co-constructed in an inclusive approach, with the participation of all the living forces of the nation”.
He notes that this charter “represents an important step in (the) struggle for a fairer Senegal and more respectful of democratic principles”.
