On camping and bearded vacationthe mayor of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux (North) made on Instagram a “tutorial” of lost bread.
“In these gloomy times for everyone, here as elsewhere, a little comfort during the holidays …”, he presents. The remains of bread and vergeoise must be used, this brown sugar, “from the beets of Hauts-de-France”. Fabien Roussel is launching a politico-culinary message: “We must support our beet farmers.
