Family calls after CO drama in Hooglele: “My brother and cousin should not have died for nothing”

“How foolish is this… God damn it.” Mario Sioen is currently returning in haste from Austria. He hovers between anger, disbelief and sadness. Suddenly he lost his brother Marnick (44) and his 16-year-old cousin following CO intoxication in their home in Hooglede, West Flanders. The family is therefore launching a call: “Please install a CO detector, because with those few euros you can really save lives.”
