Kuwait City: Family visas will be issued in Kuwait from Sunday. This was announced by the Public Relations Division of the Home Ministry. This is a golden opportunity for expats who want to bring family on a visitor visa. At present, commercial and family visitor visas are issued only with the special permission of the Cabinet and the Corona Emergency Committee.
