A 32-year-old man is in danger of death following an accident in the Veldstraat in Brecht (Antwerp), say police in the Voorhempen area. The man from Wuustwezel collided with his car into a forklift.
The collision occurred when the forklift in question entered the Veldstraat from a side street. The driver of the car hit the front fork, following which the car was catapulted and landed on its roof. The precise circumstances of the accident are still under investigation.
