PORTLAND, Ore. — A motorist was killed and another is in serious condition following a crash in the Eliot neighborhood north of the city.
The crash occurred Tuesday night around 7:40 p.m. at the intersection of North Fremont Street and Williams Avenue.
When the first authorities arrived, they found one of the drivers dead.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with serious injuries; he is expected to survive.
The facts are investigated.
