Paris The alleged perpetrator of the deadly attack near a Kurdish cultural center in Paris with three dead is to be brought before an investigating judge on Monday. This was announced by the Paris public prosecutor. The investigating judge might decide to initiate preliminary proceedings that might lead further to criminal proceedings. According to the public prosecutor’s office, the suspect had confessed to a “pathological hatred of foreigners”.
