FC Bayern Frauen have made a splash on the transfer market by signing Georgia Stanway from Manchester City.

“Honestly, I’m so excited! It just feels right. It feels great to be able to share the news and my excitement with the world now. I can’t wait to get started and for such a big name club play,” said the 23-year-old, who signed a three-year contract with FC Bayern.
The fact that the 29-time England international decided to move to Munich is also a great sign for the Bundesliga. “It just felt right from the very first conversation. I was absolutely convinced and my instinct told me that I belong here. FC Bayern have very big ambitions and I admire that a lot,” explained the dangerous attacker.
