Vienna – The daily allowance in the armed forces will be increased – from five to 6.50 euros. This means that more money will be available for seasonal and regional food in the future, the ministry announced in a press release on Wednesday. Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner (ÖVP) was pleased regarding the “added value” for employees, soldiers and militia members.
