Federal Justice forces Swiss Medical to authorize an operation on a kidney patient

A federal court ordered Swiss Medical a necessary surgery for a patient with kidney problems. The victim had been experiencing health problems since November and needed a laser operation to remove a stone. Swiss Medical was having problems with urology specialists, and as a result, the patient’s condition worsened due to a delayed procedure.

Since regarding November, urology specialists have reportedly been on strike once morest Swiss Medical.

As a result, the patient, Mariela López Teseyra, who is a member of the social service and pays a premium service from Swiss Medical, has had serious health problems. She had a catheter placed to see if her kidney stone would pass through it, but she determined that she needed a laser operation to remove it, which would have to be done by a urology specialist.

The situation has not been resolved since January, and the patient is currently hospitalized and receiving antibiotics and sedatives to help her get through the day at the “Los Altos de Salta” medical center. In this way Swiss Medical will have to comply with the federal court ruling and provide you with the necessary care.
