The lawyer for the first defendant pleaded acquittal for the extortion and asked for a stand-alone probation sentence for the assault. Counsel for the second defendant (who faces seven years in prison) requested an acquittal for both charges. Finally, the lawyer for the third individual (the one who might receive eight years) pleaded for a sentence accompanied by a suspended sentence for what exceeds preventive detention.
As for the parents of the young victim, they claim 1500 euros on a provisional basis and ask for the realization of an expertise, their son suffering from an incapacity of more than four months.
Judgment will be delivered on September 5.
