(Alliance News) – The general meeting of shareholders of Finanza.tech Spa announced on Friday that it had decided on the early consensual termination of the audit mission initially granted to RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile Spa for the period of three years 2021-2023, also following the analysis of the special opinion prepared by the Board of Auditors, by granting the Board of Directors all the broadest powers necessary to sign the consensual early termination agreement with RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile and to carry out all the formalities relating to the formalization, implementation and execution of the resolution.
In addition, the company has decided to appoint the audit company Audirevi Spa to audit the accounts for the three-year period 2023-2025, following analyzing the reasoned proposal prepared by the Board of Auditors.
Finally, the company decided to authorize the purchase and disposal of own shares.
Finanza.tech closed Friday in the red (4.2%) at 0.69 euros per share.
