Our national Paralympic athletics team conducted its first training in preparation for the start of the World Athletics Championships for People of Determination “Paris 2023”, in an enthusiastic atmosphere and high spirits.
The coach of the national team, Captain Najib Meshkan, confirmed that things are going according to plan, as the national team players trained on the stadiums that will host the tournament activities, following receiving the accreditation cards for entering the stadiums and training places.
Meshkan explained that all the players enjoy excellent readiness, especially following no complaints were received by the players regarding the stadiums and equipment for training and competitions.
It is noteworthy that the World Athletics Championships “Paris 2023” will start next Saturday, with the participation of 120 countries, in a strong opportunity for the national team to qualify and prepare for the Summer Paralympic Games “Paris 2024”.
