Many children are currently participating in outdoor camps. And one of the challenges, especially in the summer, is food preservation. The Afsca, the federal agency for the safety of the food chain, watches over grain to avoid food poisoning. It even does prevention and awareness in the field. Teach the right gestures, the right reflexes to have for storing and choosing food. How to prevent food or water from being infected with bacteria? The Afsca comes to teach it directly in the camps.
