Former US President John F. Kennedy’s French Riviera vacation home for sale. The mansion has been put up for sale for $35.5 million (roughly Rs. 291 crores). This estate in Valbonne, known as Domaine de Beaumont, sits on 44 acres.
The mansion was designed in 1920 by the famous French architect Jacques Coulet. The estate has several buildings. Spread over 12,500 square feet, the main house has nine bedrooms. It features a spacious living room with marble staircase and formal dining room. The estate has separate accommodation for staff members and a temperature-controlled wine storage area.
Other features include a 65-foot marble pool, pool house, ornamental ponds, waterfalls, tennis court, paddock for horses and a quarry for riding. The Kennedy brothers vacationed at this residence when Kennedy’s father, Joseph Patrick Kennedy, was the US ambassador.
