Thiruvananthapuram: Former football stars including IM Vijayan are back on the field in the capital. IM Vijayan XI and Jopaul Ancheri XI are going to fight at the Chandrasekaran Nair Stadium in connection with the Kim’s Health Trophy football tournament organized by the press club from 16th to 19th for journalists.
U. Sharafali, Jiju Jacob, Kurikesh Mathew, PP Tobias, KT Chacko, Asif Zaheer, Ganesh, Ignatius and others will play in the exhibition match on 19th at 4.30 pm. The press club president M. Radhakrishnan and secretary K. N. Sanu informed that the kickoff will be held on the 16th at 4 pm.
