Former Member of National Assembly Jamshed Dasti announced to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf

Jamshed Dasti, a prominent political figure from South Punjab and former member of the National Assembly, has announced to join the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf.

According to the statement, Jamshed Dasti met Chairman PTI Imran Khan at Zaman Park and announced his joining Tehreek-e-Insaf.

He expressed full confidence in the leadership of Imran Khan.

Jamshed Dasti represented National Constituency 178 of Muzaffargarh in the National Assembly in 2013 election. Started politics in People’s Party.

In March 2013, he resigned from the People’s Party and Parliament and won the next general election as an independent candidate, defeating Hina Rabbani Khar’s father.
