Former President Michel Aoun addressed the students of the Free Patriotic Movement by saying, “You have a responsibility to complete the message to raise the standard of life and secure Lebanon’s sovereignty and everything that belongs to you, because the people must defend once morest an unjust rule.”
In a speech from the Bashtodar camp, he said: “We revealed everything and appeared before the world that they are ‘thieves’ protecting each other. Despite the end of my term, I continue my work to build Lebanon on the determination of its people and its army that shed blood.”
Aoun added, “We will win because we have the will, and the thief flees in front of whoever wants to catch him.”
