Gregor Deschwanden disappointed during qualifying for the first competition of the Four Hills Tour. His worst jump of the season only allows him to occupy 33rd place. However, he passed the qualifying cut for the Oberstdorf jump without problem this Friday.

With his 119m, the eighth in the World Cup remained far from the performances of the best, led by the Germans Andreas Wellinger (135m) and Karl Geiger (134m).

The four Swiss qualified

Remo Imhof (119.5m), Simon Ammann (119m) and Killian Peier (120.5m) were better than Deschwanden. The trio stands by 0.9 points in ranks 21, 22 and 24.

Peier will face in the duel by knockout. a formidable opponent in the person of the Pole Dawid Kubacki, winner of the Tour in 2019. But currently, the jumper from the East is not experiencing his best period.
