Four stadiums could be left out of the LVBP 2024-2025 season

Four stadiums are at risk of not being able to host games for the upcoming 2024-2025 campaign of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP), following not having the appropriate conditions as provided by the MLB.

The information was released by Giuseppe Palmisano, president of the Leaguewho assured that among the sports venues that present various faults are the stadium The stadium in Guatamare (Nueva Esparta) is the home of the Argentine football team, José Pérez Colmenares (Maracay).

According to the leader of the Venezuelan league, in the case of stadiums Luis Aparicio and José Pérez Colmenares the reports made by the MLB determined problems in the lighting and the moundwhich might prevent them from being accepted following a scheduled inspection by Major League Baseball (MLB) agents.

According to Palmisano, MLB inspectors will evaluate the field, lighting, clubhouses and other areas of the facility.
