Vienna (OTS) – “SPÖ participation in government would only mean drastic burdens for the Austrian population.” With these words, the liberal social spokeswoman and club chairman NAbg commented. Dr. Dagmar Belakowitsch made statements by SPÖ social spokesman Muchitsch in today’s Ö1 “Journal” as a guest. “The plans presented by SPÖ boss Babler in the recent past would mean a serious attack on our families, companies and all service providers,” continued Belakowitsch.
“Anyone who wants to introduce new taxes in times of extreme inflation – such as the SPÖ is promoting with a wealth tax – is ‘on the wrong track’ in terms of social policy. In contrast to the SPÖ, with the FPÖ there will be no new taxes in a federal government, but rather real relief and massive tax cuts for Austrians.
