Vienna SPÖ must stop rent explosion in municipal housing
Vienna (OTS) – “We Liberals will not watch as housing continues to become an unaffordable luxury,” announced FPÖ building spokesman NAbg. Mag. Philipp Schrangl submitted an application for a rent freeze to the National Council.
“The coming category increase must be averted, because Austria is heading for a housing catastrophe,” Schrangl criticized the clientele policy of the black-green federal government. We will also put the SPÖ’s credibility to the test. After all, it would be easy for Vienna’s SPÖ Mayor Ludwig to stop the explosion in rents in municipal housing in Vienna,” Schrangl clarified.
“This federal government doesn’t solve any problems; it’s actually a central problem,” emphasized Schrangl.
