According to concordant sources within the executive, a transfer of power with the successor to Mr. Castex as Prime Minister will take place around 7:00 p.m. Monday.
Several names have been mentioned in recent days to replace Mr. Castex, mainly women, including the Minister of Labor Elisabeth Borne.
According to several French media, the latter would currently be received at the Elysée.
