Place now in the last square! Drawn by the hand of international handball player Elohim Prandi, the posters for the semi-finals of the 2023 French Cup are now known. After their heroic qualification on the lawn of the Stade Vélodrome, the players of FC Annecy will play their place in the final in front of their home crowd, since they will host Toulouse at home for a place in the final.
The other poster will oppose FC Nantes, defending champion, to Olympique Lyonnais, the best ranked of the four remaining teams in the league. Antoine Kombouaré’s men dream of a double, while those of Laurent Blanc will try to go to the end of this competition to be able to give themselves a chance to compete in Europe next season. The two posters will be held on Tuesday 4 and Wednesday 5 April.
