From February 1, all people must be immunized on the ‘Tawakkalna’ app

Jeddah: The Saudi Ministry of Health has asked locals and foreigners to ensure immunity to the ‘Tawakkalna’ app from February 1. The Home Ministry had earlier said that the booster dose of the Kovid vaccine should be taken for this purpose. The ministry said those who do not receive the vaccine will lose their immune status in the Tawakkalna app from next month.

Those who do not take the booster dose before eight months following receiving the second dose also lose their immunity. However, those who have not completed eight months following receiving the second dose will not lose their immune status even if they have not taken the booster dose. With the proliferation of omicron in the country, booster dose delivery has accelerated.

Those who are not immune to Apple will not be allowed to participate in social, economic, commercial, cultural, scientific, recreational, sports or work events in the country.
