Libreville – After the military coup in Gabon in central Africa, the new ruler, General Brice Oligui Nguema, promised to democratize state institutions. Their dissolution, decided on Wednesday during the coup, is “temporary,” Oligui said in a speech broadcast on state television on Friday. “It’s regarding reorganizing them to make them more democratic.”
