Bengaluru: GAIL cooking gas pipeline burst and exploded in Bengaluru. The incident took place in the Bengaluru HSR layout. Two women were injured in the accident. Both houses were damaged. CCTV footage from the accident site has also been released.
The accident happened on Thursday followingnoon. Near the site of the blast, construction work was underway by digging a hole to lay a drinking water pipe. Meanwhile, the preliminary conclusion is that the cooking gas pipeline was damaged and the explosion in the nearby houses was the cause.
It is reported that the condition of those injured in the accident is not serious. The police registered a case and started investigation.
